By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments

By using the Service to request or offer transportation, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and additional terms may apply.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Cape Verde. You agree to waive any rights to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

9. Driver-Partner Obligations

Drivers using the Service must comply with all applicable driving, insurance, and vehicle safety regulations. Drivers agree to maintain valid licenses, provide safe and courteous service, and act in accordance with local laws. We reserve the right to deactivate driver accounts that violate these obligations.

10. Changes to Terms and Versioning

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date and version number. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
